Shipping & Service Process
Hello!
Here are some things to remember:
- Your shipping time is how long it takes our shipping partners (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Etc.) to get to you. Processing time is how long it takes us to fulfill your order.
- Processing usually takes 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm EST) UNLESS the banner at the top of the website says otherwise!
- We drop off orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays to these shipping partners. Sometimes they do not immediately scan the item when we drop it off due to volume. We essentially drop boxes into a huge sorting box and it is out of our hands what happens next because that is what we are instructed to do.
- We are a small business and the fulfillment team is made up of 2 people. Be understanding and be patient. Reach out to us if there is an issue with your order at 954-326-4000 via TEXT! Have your order number prepared.
- DELAY IN EXPECTED SHIPPING TIME THAT IS OF NO FAULT OF OURS DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN YOU CAN HAVE A REFUND! We only refund people if there has been an error on our part or you have experienced something that falls into our refund policy.
- Scheduling or rescheduling conflicts from both our consultants and the client do not entitle you to a refund. Consultants have up to 30 days to fulfill a service from the time of purchase as long as they originally confirmed your order within 3 business days.
