Local Delivery

How It Works

All local orders made before 3pm are automatically eligible for same-day delivery. All local orders made after 3pm are delivered as soon as possible but no later than the next delivery cycle. Delivery cycles are between 3pm and 10pm every day. Local orders are those made within a pre-approved list of zip codes in the South Florida area. All other orders are shipped directly to your home. If the option for local delivery does not present itself at checkout, that means your zip code is not yet eligible for local delivery. 

Exceptions

If local delivery did not pop up as an option for you at check out and you would like to be considered for same day or next day delivery, leave your items in the cart and call our office at (954)326-4000. Our office will quote your delivery over the phone. If it is after 3pm and you would like to guarantee your items are delivered the same day, leave your items in the cart and call our office at (954)326-4000. This option will require an additional fee to the original price of delivery. Each situation is different and depending on the days route, we are willing to make exceptions. 

Covid-19 Protocol

Our staff wear masks during the entire delivery process. We are committed to keeping you safe so items are prepackaged in a sanitized environment and each package is handled with gloves until the exchange at your door. Staff members use hand sanitizer between each customer. Please give your delivery specialist 6ft of room to deliver the item to your door. If you must be present during delivery please wear a mask. Thank you.

Special Requests

Feel free to add any special requests that might help us create a better customer experience for you. Typical requests might include leaving the item at the door or in the mailbox. 

Cost & Tips

The cost for delivery starts at $4. If you spend more than $20, delivery is $3. When you spend more than $40, delivery is $2. All tips given at checkout will go to your delivery specialist if this option for local delivery is chosen at checkout. All other kinds of tips go directly to the Wayom family in support of our business.

The map below is intended to give customers a rough estimate of our service area. Please refer to this map when calling our office with requests to make an exception. Any address that is unreasonably far from the cities listed below is generally not considered. As our service area expands we hope to get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
